Doccr provides digital goods and services. We do not offer physical products. Because of the digital nature of our service, you get immediate access to the platform upon purchasing or starting your trial.
When you purchase access to our platform, your payment goes toward keeping the service running smoothly. A small portion of your payment represents our operational profit, allowing us to maintain and continuously improve the platform. The majority of your funds are allocated to essential external infrastructure services that power our servers, databases, cloud media storage, and related systems. To maintain the privacy and security of our platform, we do not disclose the specific names of these third-party services.
All sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds. Because we issue digital goods, once access is purchased, the product is deemed used and consumed. Furthermore, your payment is immediately distributed to cover the fees charged by the third-party providers (such as server hosting, database storage, and cloud systems) required to keep this platform live. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds or chargebacks. We encourage all users to evaluate the platform during the free trial period to ensure it meets their needs.
We do not use automatic recurring subscriptions. This means we never store your payment credentials for automated billing, and we will never auto-debit money from your account. You purchase only the time or plan you need. Once that period expires, you will no longer have active validity and will be shown the subscription page to purchase a plan if you wish to continue. Your validity and plan details can be viewed at any time in your settings page.
You can cancel your plan at any time. Because we do not charge recurring payments or perform auto-debits, there is no need for a complex cancellation process. If you decide to cancel or stop using Doccr, you can simply stop manually paying for our services. Your access will remain active until the end of your current validity period, after which it will naturally expire without any further charges or obligations.
We offer a 30-day free trial for all new users to evaluate the platform's features risk-free. Since we do not collect payment cards or auto-debit for trials, you do not need to cancel or worry about unexpected charges; your trial will simply expire if you choose not to purchase a plan.
